One of Dubai’s largest developers, Ellington Properties, in collaboration with Dutco, a company in the construction and hospitality sector, has unveiled the new project One River Point in Dubai, UAE. The high-rise tower is set to be constructed in Q2 2027 in the prestigious Business Bay area, along the Dubai Water Canal.
The building will comprise:

- Five-level podium;
